- Description of information technology service referral and problem management procedures;
- Cyber security management rules and cyber incident management procedures;
- Rules for handling information and mobile devices;
- IS Business Continuity Management Plan;
- Description of service level monitoring and measurement procedures;
- Description of capacity planning procedures;
- Description of physical access control.
