Adwisery continues to provide Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services in the Waste Management Sector

The following activities will be carried out during the project:

• Development of the cybersecurity policy, relevant procedures and plans, and updating of business continuity and recovery plans;
• Assessment of compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cybersecurity and information security risks, including the preparation of non-compliance remediation and risk management plans;
• Coordination of risk management measures and cybersecurity testing;
• Organisation of employee cybersecurity training and business continuity exercises;
• Ensuring compliance with supply chain cybersecurity requirements, providing consultations and support in managing cybersecurity incidents.

Purpose:

• To ensure effective cybersecurity management, compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cybersecurity of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing legislation, and to strengthen the organisation’s cyber resilience.
