“Adwisery” experts have started providing Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services and Information Security Management System (ISMS) support

During the project, experts:

• Update the informacion security policy and related procedures;
• Conduct a compliance assessment;
• Perform a risk assessment;
• Organize employee training;
• Prepare a business continuity plan;
• Organize business continuity management plan testing exercises;
• Investigate cybersecurity incidents;
• Provide support in service procurement;
• Provide consulting services;
• Update ISMS documentation;
• Conduct an internal ISMS audit;
• Carry out ISMS management review;
• Provide consulting during the ISMS audit;
• Organize training for company employees and internal auditors;
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Purpose:

• To provide cybersecurity management services as well as ISMS support services, including certification readiness and surveillance audit preparation.

Benefits:

• Compliance with the requirements of Law on Cyber Security of the Republic of Lithuania and related secondary legislation, as well as readiness for ISMS certification and surveillance audits.
