Adwisery experts have started providing Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services to a regional waste management center in southern Lithuania

During the project, the following will be carried out:

• Review and update of information security policies, procedures, and plans;
• Assessment of information and cybersecurity risks;
• Delivery of cybersecurity awareness and employee training sessions;
• Organization of business continuity plan testing exercises and preparation of detailed testing reports;
• Drafting of the public procurement technical specification (terms of reference) and participation in monitoring service implementation;
• Advisory services for organizational management and employees on information and cybersecurity management;
• Cybersecurity incident response and management.

Objectives:

• To properly manage cybersecurity and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cybersecurity of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing secondary legislation.
