Adwisery experts provided services for the development, implementation, and certification readiness of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that ensures adequate information security within the organisation and complies with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard

During the implementation of the contract, the following was completed:

• Analysis of the current situation and identification of ISMS processes;
• Preparation and coordination of the Information Security Management System documentation package;
• Information security risk assessment services;
• Preparation of a monitoring, measurement, and control plan for the Information Security Management System;
• Organisation of business continuity management plan testing exercises;
• Organisation of training for company employees and internal auditors;
• Performance of an internal audit and management review of the Information Security Management System.
