JSC “Taurages vandenys” (hereinafter – the Company) implemented audit services for the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The company’s compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – GDPR) during the provision of audit services:
- Subject to GDPR requirements:
- We performed a detailed analysis of the Company’s internal legal acts regulating the protection of personal data;
- We performed an analysis of the Company’s operational processes during which personal data is processed;
- We have identified non-compliance with the GDPR and possible risks arising from the rights and freedoms of personal data subjects;
- We prepared an audit report on compliance with GDPR requirements, described the identified non-conformities and risks, and provided recommendations to eliminate the identified non-conformities and manage risks.
