Assessment of IT management maturity and optimization according to ITIL and COBIT methodologies

CThe COBIT methodology allows to measure the current level of maturity of IT management processes, and to set the goals for its development, as well as to evaluate the achieved improvements.

Streamlining IT management processes according to the ITIL (English) methodology helps to increase the benefits provided by the information technologies used, increase efficiency and the degree of process automation, and reduce operational costs and complexity, in order to create an optimal information technology resource management strategy.
