Adwisery experts have started providing Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services to another regional waste management centre

During the project, the following will be performed:

• Preparation and review of the network and information systems security policy, incident management plan, business continuity management plan, cybersecurity compliance plan, training plan, and risk management plan;
• Performance of cybersecurity risk assessment;
• Registration of cybersecurity incidents in the KSIS system, classification, and investigation activities (within the granted authorization);
• Organization of cybersecurity training for employees;
• Submission of quarterly activity reports to the Client’s management;
• Representation before the National Cyber Security Centre (NKSC) and cooperation with other supervisory authorities (within the granted authorization);
• Organization of internal network and information systems security audit and vulnerability testing;
• Response to changes in legislation, NKSC guidelines, and the NIS2 Directive.

Purpose:

• The Client aims to ensure proper cybersecurity management and compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cyber Security of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing secondary legislation.

Benefits:

• The Client will carry out the mandatory cybersecurity management actions required for cybersecurity entities, thereby strengthening the organization’s cyber resilience and preparedness to manage incidents.
