Adwisery experts delivered information security management system implementation and certification readiness services in line with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard for a strategically significant public services sector organization
Adwisery experts provided Vilniaus vandenys with comprehensive services for the development and implementation, and certification readiness of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
During the implementation of the contract, the following was completed:
- Preparation of the Statement of Applicability;
- Development of the Information Security Policy and ISMS procedures and process projects;
- Completion of an Information Security Risk Assessment;
- Development of the ISMS monitoring, measurement, and control plan;
- Preparation of the Business Continuity Management Plan;
- Delivery of Information Security and Internal Auditor training for Vilniaus vandenys employees;
- Performance of an internal ISMS audit;
- Completion of a compliance assessment;
- Conducting management review activities in line with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements;
- Development of a Corrective Action Plan addressing nonconformities identified during audit and management reviews;
- Provision of support during preparation for the certification audit and throughout the audit process.
