Adwisery experts delivered NIS2 readiness services for „Refra“, a European manufacturer of industrial refrigeration and cooling systems.
During the implementation of the contract, the following activities were carried out:
- Analysis of gaps in compliance with the requirements of the NIS2 Directive (hereinafter – GAP analysis);
- Preparation of draft internal regulations governing information security and cybersecurity management;
- Organization of employee training sessions;
- Performance of an information security risk assessment;
- Organization of business continuity management plan testing exercises.
