ADWISERY experts have implemented the contract for the development and implementation services of an information security management system that ensures proper information security in the organization and complies with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard

During the implementation of the contract, the following was completed:

• The project schedule was prepared and coordinated with the Customer;
• Analysis of the current situation and identification of ISVS processes;
• Preparation of application statement;
• Preparation of information security (IS) policy and ISMS process descriptions;
• Information security risk assessment;
• Preparation of ISMS monitoring, measurement and control plan;
• Preparation of business continuity management plan;
• Organization of trainings for company employees and internal auditors;
• Performing an internal audit of the ISMS;
• Managerial evaluation analysis according to ISO/IEC 27001 requirements;
• Implementation of corrective actions foreseen during managerial analysis and audit;
• Preparation for the certification audit and assistance during the certification audit.
