ADWISERY experts have launched a project aimed at updating the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to comply with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard and to ensure readiness for certification

Adwisery experts have started providing services for the update and preparation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for certification in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard at the State Medicines Control Agency under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania.

During the project, experts will:

  • Perform a compliance assessment;
  • Prepare drafts of the Information Security Policy, ISMS procedures and processes, and the Statement of Applicability;
  • Conduct an information security risk assessment;
  • Develop a monitoring, measurement, and control plan for the ISMS;
  • Prepare a business continuity management plan;
  • Organize training sessions for company employees and internal auditors;
  • Conduct an internal audit of the ISMS;
  • Perform a management review in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements;
  • Develop a corrective action plan for nonconformities identified during the management review and audit;
  • Provide support in preparation for the certification audit and during the audit itself.

Purpose:

  • The Client will be able to effectively manage information security and cybersecurity, and ensure compliance with the requirements set out in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating electronic information security and cybersecurity. The Client plans to update its Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
