Adwisery experts have started providing Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services to a waste and environmental management company in Northern Lithuania

During the project, the following will be performed:

• Assessment of gaps against the requirements of the Law on Cyber Security of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing legal acts;
• Preparation of the Cybersecurity Policy for Networks and Information Systems and the procedures implementing it;
• Organisation of the cybersecurity risk assessment and planning of risk management measures;
• Compliance assessment;
• Organisation of Business Continuity Management Plan testing exercises;
• Coordination of cybersecurity incident response and management;
• Communication and cooperation with the National Cyber Security Centre under the Ministry of National Defence and the Security Operations Centre;
• Raising employee awareness and organising training;
• Preparation of reports for responsible persons and supervisory authorities.

Purpose:

• The Client aims to ensure proper cybersecurity management and compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cyber Security of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing secondary legislation.
