Adwisery experts have started providing Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services to a company in the utilities sector

During the project, the following will be performed:

• Update the draft of the Network and Information Systems Security Policy and its implementing procedures;
• Prepare the draft cybersecurity management monitoring plan;
• Prepare the drafts of the the employee cybersecurity competence development plan;
• Prepare the business continuity management and/or business recovery plan(s);
• Conduct a compliance assessment;
• Conduct the annual information security risk assessment;
• Provide consultations and conduct business continuity management plan testing exercises;
• Provide consultations in preparing technical requirements during the procurement processes for network and information system vulnerability scanning services;
• Coordinate the management of information and/or cybersecurity incidents;
• Provide consultations to responsible employees in implementing measures defined in the nonconformity correction plan and the risk management action plan.

Purpose:

• To ensure proper management of cybersecurity and compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cyber Security of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing secondary legislation.
