Adwisery experts have started providing Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services to another municipal administration

During the project, the following will be performed:

• Preparation of the Network and Information Systems Cybersecurity Policy and the related implementing procedures, with the relevant information submitted to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) administered Cyber Security Information System (KSIS);
• Based on the approved Cybersecurity Policy and its implementing procedures, preparation of necessary plan drafts;
• Compliance assessment;
• Information security risk assessment;
• Employee training sessions for the Client’s staff;
• Social engineering testing for the Client’s employees;
• Assistance to the Client in procuring network and information systems vulnerability scanning (technical vulnerability assessment and penetration testing) services, and consultations during their implementation;
• Business continuity plan testing exercise;
• Support in managing major information and cybersecurity incidents;
• Consultations for responsible staff on the implementation of measures defined in the nonconformity correction plan and risk treatment plan, as well as on other information and cybersecurity management matters.

Purpose:

• The Client shall comply with the requirements of the Law on Cybersecurity of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing secondary legislation.

Benefits:

• The Client will carry out the mandatory cybersecurity management actions required for cybersecurity entities, thereby strengthening the organization’s cyber resilience and preparedness to manage incidents.
