Adwisery experts have started providing Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) services to Pieno žvaigždės AB.

During the project, the following will be performed:

  • The Cybersecurity Policy for Networks and Information Systems and the procedures governing its implementation will be developed;
  • The required plans will be prepared in accordance with the approved procedures;
  • An assessment of compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cybersecurity of the Republic of Lithuania will be conducted;
  • An information security risk assessment will be carried out, a risk assessment report and a risk treatment plan will be prepared, and the results will be submitted to KSIS;
  • An assessment of compliance with the provisions of the Description of the Procedure for the Use of Electricity Networks (PETA) will be conducted, and assistance will be provided in completing the Security Declaration;
  • Cybersecurity training sessions for employees will be organized, and a training report will be prepared;
  • Business continuity plan testing exercises will be organized, a business continuity plan testing report will be prepared, and the results will be submitted to KSIS;
  • Supply chain cybersecurity requirements will be developed, and assistance will be provided to ensure their implementation;
  • Draft technical specifications for external and internal network as well as workstation testing (technological vulnerability assessment and penetration testing) will be prepared;
  • Consultations on information security and cybersecurity management matters will be provided;
  • Coordination of information and cybersecurity incident management will be ensured.

Purpose:

  • To ensure proper management of cybersecurity and compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cyber Security of the Republic of Lithuania and its implementing secondary legislation.
