Adwisery experts have started providing services to a company within the RNDV group of companies in preparing for the NIS2 Directive, which has been transposed into the Lithuanian Law on Cyber Security and its implementing regulations.
* Abbreviations and explanations
- NIS2 directive – marks a pivotal shift in the European Union’s approach to cybersecurity, introducing stringent measures and broadening the scope of entities under its wing.
- GAP Analysis – identify the current situation and the desired situation, then present the difference, what is missing, to achieve the desired situation.
During the project, experts will provide the following initial services:
- Conduct a GAP analysis against the requirements of the NIS2 Directive;
- Prepare internal policies regulating the organization’s information and cybersecurity management;
- Organize employee training on the NIS2 Directive requirements and their implementation within the organization;
- Perform an information security risk assessment and prepare a risk management plan;
- Carry out a compliance assessment.
Subsequent services:
- Perform a Business Impact Analysis (BIA);
- Develop Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Plans;
- Conduct Disaster Recovery Plan testing exercises.
Purpose:
- To ensure proper preparation for the requirements of the NIS2 Directive.
