Adwisery experts have started providing services for the development and implementation of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with the ISO 22301:2019 standard requirements to a strategically important state organization

During the project, experts will:

• Conduct an assessment of the current business continuity situation at the Klaipėda State Seaport Authority and define BCMS processes;
• Prepare the Business Continuity Management Policy and descriptions of BCMS processes;
• Carry out a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) of operational processes;
• Develop a BCMS monitoring, measurement, and control plan;
• Develop a Business Continuity Management Plan;
• Organize and deliver training sessions for the Authority’s employees;
• Perform a BCMS compliance assessment;
• Conduct a management review in line with ISO 22301 requirements;
• Implement corrective actions identified during the management review and compliance assessment;
• Ensure readiness for the certification compliance audit and provide support during the certification process.

Purpose:

• To develop, prepare the necessary documentation, and implement a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) for the Client, aimed at protecting and restoring the organization’s operations and management processes in the event of external or internal disruptions.
