ADWISERY experts implemented an IT security consulting project and provided CISO services

During the implementation of the contract, the following was completed:

• An Incident Management Procedure was prepared, along with a practical memo detailing specific response steps for certain types of attacks and communication plans;
• The LIMIS Data Security Regulations were reviewed and updated;
• A Vulnerability Management Procedure, Electronic Communication Procedure, Configuration Management Policy, and user recommendations for LIMIS were developed and approved;
• Mandatory annexes to the LIMIS Business Continuity Management Plan were prepared in accordance with Lithuanian legal requirements;
• The LIMIS Business Continuity Management Plan was updated; exercise scenarios for testing the plan were developed, testing exercises were conducted, and a report was prepared;
• An Information Systems Compliance Assessment was carried out, with a report and a remediation plan for identified non-conformities
• An Information Security Risk Assessment was performed, with a report and a risk treatment plan developed;
• Social engineering training was provided to LIMIS users (up to 8 academic hours);
• Cybersecurity policy document drafts were updated;
• Additional CISO and IT security management services were delivered.
