ADWISERY carried out services for the preparation of the requirements of the procurement technical specification
Department of Informatics and Communications under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – ICD) performed services for preparation of technical specification requirements for the procurement of services for the integration of the register of suspects, accused and convicts with the ECRIS-TCN system.
During the implementation of the contract:
- Prepared the requirements for the integration of the Register with the ECRIS-TCN system in accordance with the ECRIS-TCN Regulation, the implementing acts prepared by the European Commission and other related technical documentation;;
- Performed and described the analysis of the current situation;
- Described the aims, objectives, activities and results of the project;
- Described the functional architecture of the planned solution;
- Have analyzed and described the list of legal acts according to which the Project must be implemented;
- Described the functional requirements;
- Described non-functional requirements;
- Described the deadlines for the implementation of the project agreement;
- Described the requirements for the development process and tools;
- Described the requirements for integration interfaces with external systems and components.
